She directed me to another maid who supposedly spoke better English, but after my long explanation, she apparently only understood the word 'plastic', because she handed me a plastic bag for the ice bucket and said, 'this?'I know it's just a cup, but at this point it was really more about the theft, so I called housekeeping and they eventually sent someone to investigate.

5. The maids were helpful when we needed more towels, the dealers and pit bosses were friendly and funny, the waitresses were great, front desk staff friendly and helpful, the food was good and the hotel loked great.
