4. Not a 5 star hotel but if you want a clean and comfortable room this is a great place, and I would recommend upgrading to the go room for the little better amenities.

6. Instead of deluxe room chose Go room( in higher floors), very nice and clean with modern design and amenities.

We chose The Flamingo based on 3 major principles:1) Location- near my husband's hotel but not the same hotel2) Nostalgia- we always wanted to stay at The Flamingo based on its fantastic history3) Amenities- searched EVERY hotel in Vegas for an operational swimming pool during the cool, unseasonal month of December.
