2. Service was superb, though I am a diamond player and I will say that I looked at the gold check-in line and thought, wow, I'm glad I spend a lot of money here, because I would be very impatient if I had to wait in the gold line.

3. I left a $5 tip every day and always had clean towels and a clean room -- You really need to tip if you want good service.
