2. Seen some people moan about the resort tax but that does give free wifi so if you for iphone or similar web access free for the duration.

VERY NICE HOTEL ROOM CLEAN LOVE THE MIRRORS FOR GETTING DRESSED MINI BAR IN ROOM NO PERSONAL FRIDGE THOUGH BUT CAN RENT FOR LIKE 20 BUCKS A DAY FREE WIFI BUT HAVE TO PAY $10 FOR OWN ETHERNET CARD SO BRING YOUR OWN BEST PART WAS THAT U COULD MAKE APPT WITH HOUSEKEEPING TO CLEAN ROOM SO U DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THAT AWFUL LOUD KNOCK IN THE EARLY AM FOR HOUSEKEEPING MAKE SURE TO EAT AT BB KING RESTAURANT VERY GREAT FOOD/BARTENDER/BAND, WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH SHOWER LEAKING IN ROOM AND THEY MOVED US THE MIN I HUNG UP PHONE TO ANOTHER ROOM AND THEN ASKED WHAT VIEW WOULD WE PREFER WHEN THEY ASSIGNED NEW ROOM, ROOM SERVICE FOOD IS REALLY GOOD ALSO THE ONLY BAD THING ABOUT THE MIRAGE HOTEL IS THE NIGHT CLUB JET VERY VERY OVERRATED HORRIBLE DJ BAD VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE AND UNORGANIZED AND WILL TRY TO MAKE U PAY TWICE EVEN THOUGH U PAID IN ADVANCE FOR VIP TICKETS THEN THEY MAKE YOU WAIT IN LINE FOR ABOUT 30-45 MINS THEN WHEN U GET IN CLUB ITS REALLY NO ONE THERE WITH TWO BARTENDERS WORKING SO WHY MAKE PEOPLE WAIT IN LINE THAT LONG CRAZY RIGHT AND THE BOUNCERS ARE ALWAYS PUSHING ON PEOPLE FOR NO REASON I WITNESSED IT SEVERAL TIMES AND MY FRIEND WAS PUSHED AND SHE ASKED HIM NOT TO PUSH HER HE SAID OH I NEED MORE ROOM TO STAND HOW RUDE.

4. The next time in Las Vegas I could imagine booking the Mirage again but I would definitely check other hotels with free wifi first.

5. But the monorail (nearest stop directly through Harrahs) is a good way of getting up and down the strip (especially to MGM for Cirque du Soleil) and free wifi can be had at the Apple Store in the Fashion Mall or the Sony Store in Caesar`s Shops.

6. Also in the room was wired and wireless high speed internet, a decent TV with a decent amount of channels, 2 two-line telephones (watch those long distance calls, they can be a killer) and a minibar.

7. The fee apparantly covers' 'free' bathrobes in each room, 'free' newspaper every day (we never saw one), and 'free' wireless connection - all things that are pretty standard in most hotels these days.

8. Every member of staff we spoke with was friendly and courteous and was able to help immediately, including the technical support guy I was put through to when wireless internet in the room stopped working temporarily.
