3. To be fair the front desk dealt with the change quickly and efficiently, however, to get the change I had to swap my strip view room for a view of the car park which kinda sucked, that said it was worth the change to get some decent sleep and take advantage of the above mentioned great bed.

6. The hotel is nice, nice customer service, friendly people at the front desk, beautiful views and a nice Atrium but there are several BUTS:The room's carpet needs to be changed, it looks filthy though it is must probably because it's old and not because it hasn't been vacuumed.

7. We got back to our room at around 11:30 the room was over a nite club and loud, the music kept getting louder the room was vibrating, I called the front desk at around 2:30am they offered to move us we accepted , a security guard met us at the new room on the 23rd floor the new rooj was nice and quit with a view of treasure island and the mountains.
