3. I asked if there were any other recent complaints about bed bug bites, I was consistently told no by the managers that I spoke with even after I had referrenced my associates recent experience last week.

4. Had a small problem with never seeing our waitress after our fisrt order of drinks and appetizers, but after speaking to the manager as we were leaving he comped our bill and told us to come back and give them another try when we could.

Three phone calls, one service call, still did not work, additional calls, service desk again repeating that it would only be 10-15 minutes, a trip down to the front desk, a talk with a manager, a request to just change rooms but being told nothing was available and nearly four hours later they fixed the safe.
