4. To use the spa facilities (which are lovely--whirlpools, steam room, suana), one must have an appt at the spa (I had a great morning there) and access is only for the day of your spa treatment.

5. The resort fee is a bit of a rip off (as per usual with resort fee's) you get access to the cardio center but not the weights room or the spa and I've no idea how you're supposed to pick up the free newspaper - they're certainly not going to deliver one to 3000 or so rooms.
