3. SpaQua was excellent - roman baths cold, tepid and oh my God hot, whirlpool, a tea room, snacks and a cedar dry sauna, a robe sauna for hot robes and towels (kinda would like that at home) herbal steam sauna and arctic cold room that snows bubbles were great.

4. The worst part is that they allow you as many towels as you like so people were lining up chairs with towels for thier friends who didnt arrive at the pool until noon which is incredibly inconsiderate.

10. When we arrived the staff were so friendly & helpful, the room (standard room) was fabulous and it was cleaned daily with fresh towels, toiletries etc. The food in the restaurants were of a high standard & the hotel was maintained to a high standard.
