5. I would recommend that you self park, the valet is free however they did put a large scratch and a dent on my rental car.

8. Very central to everything and you can't miss it if you're abit disoriented during night time visits to other casinos / clubs etc.Not sure about the other towers, but I would definately recommend the Palace Tower accommodation.
