ShoppingAttached to the forum shops - nice to browse but extremely high end storesStaffKinda get the feeling the staff looks down their noses at you - especially in registration, casino host etc - had a few issues with billing ie being charged for complimentary items in my package that they were too bad so sad - very cut and dried, arbitrary even.

5. The hotel is impressive and the lobby is breathtaking but then we had to wait for ages to be checked in, when we advised that we were on our honeymoon, he advised that they were not authorised to give complimentary upgrades which we know isn't true.

10. Upon our arrival, we were told that there were no rooms ready in the Forum (it was about 4 p.m.), but the gentleman at the desk immediately made a call and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a room in the Palace Tower, no 'special tip' necessary.
