1. Upon checking out, I gave this feedback nicely to the Receptionist and asked that some of the items on the bill be waived (there were also items on the bill for which we were billed and did not use), we had 3 days of the wifi waived and were still charged for 2 days.

8. We were charged for some of these very overpriced items, but hotel staff was courteous to remove from our bill considering our ignorance of the billing system and the fact that we didn't actually consume any of the items.

9. (yes - I did use the 'sandwich technique' mentioned in previous reviews) We had a great view of the pools, no issues at all with billing at check-out.
