4. One added feature is with being located in the suburbs you have traditionally shopping options across the street including Best Buy, Costco, etc..

5. The amenities are extensive: from the bowling alley, to the IMAX theater, to the many restaurants, the shopping across the street, the comfortable rooms, the high-end bathrooms with luxurious fixtures, and on & on.
