8. The elevators stopped working, the locks in the spa didn't work on the lockers, the attendant was nowhere to be found to help with this, and the maid forgot to change the glasses in our room, but when I brought these items to the attention of the desk manager (Laura B) she removed some charges from our room and promised to send glasses right away.
