1. There is a shuttle that I used to get back to the airport on my return this was a very large bus that was provided free of charge by the hotel.

7. And, this hotel is like a lot of others that likes to charge for every service, like wireless, the resort (because you're staying in one), which I find annoying.

8. The bottled water available in the rooms is overpriced, of course, but you can get free bottled water in the Spa (which all guests may use free of charge).

10. To top this off, they still ended up charging our room (why do they need everyone to sign if they're just going to charge you anyway?) even though we called them immediately after the bad service and they said they would not charge us and would notate our account.
