1. The rooms are spotless and have all the amenities of a Marriott Hotel (except a restaurant and room service!).

I know it's a time share which means unless you are an owner you get zero room service or amenity refills, but when I walk the hallways numerous times a day passing broken glass and litter and it stays there 5 full days, it makes me wonder how the Marriott really feels about their owners and guests.
