5. For the time we went (Sep 3 & 4), which was 2 nights and days at the end of an 8-day holiday primarily spent in southern Utah, the Marriott has by far the best rate for a 2 bedroom.

7. Since the property is under construction, the rates were very attractive ($250 for a trade show is good in Vegas) and I essentially got a 1 BR suite that I would give 4 Stars.
