1. Let me name a few, Carrie the Concierge was full of life, information and fun; Lariza at the front desk was helpful and informative as well as sweet; our housekeeping staff - Marta and Rose - kept our suite clean and tidy, and always had a smile on their faces.

2. The pool area is lovely, the laundry is good, the front desk staff are friendly and good, the breakfast was just fine for our needs(others may want and expect more) not sure about the plastic cutlery and poly plates though.
