1. It cost us about $15 from the airport and we checked in with no queue and such little fuss, queues at the big hotels were huge.

If you don't mind the little bit of extra walking or taking a short cab ride (from the hotel to the other end of the strip cost about $10) this is a great place to stay and I would absolutely recommend it especially for those who are low-key and don't want all the crowds that some of the casinos have.
