1. Yes, it's older and could use some refurbishing, but everything worked -- full kitchen, good hot shower, tv in both rooms, WiFi, comfy bed, very clean.

10. The front desk gives you a sheet of paper with all the info on the hotel and at the bottom it says that wireless is in the lobby, but you have to hook up to the ethernet in the room.
