1. The shower curtain liner needs to be changed (moldy spots were present on it), the shower-head didn't function properly, and the tub drain needed a good snake or Drain-O poured down a few times.

4. The bathrooms have recently had new sink/vanities installed, which are very nice, but the rest of the bathroom is getting old - the tile floors, tub/shower, and suspended ceiling tiles are all showing their age.
