1. Rooms are very spacious but bathrooms are very small and need a little upgrade for example bath tub was old and shower head has seen it's better days.

4. The pool is right next to the Fridays, I did think that it may be a little strange to be out in your bathing suit and swimming with everyone eating lunch at Fridays staring at you.

5. If you like to jog and swin, you can literally step outside and hit your stride along the jogging paths that hug the river and you are just five minutes away from a swim at the constant 72 degree Barton Springs bath.

7. The property had been updated (paint and furnishings), however, chipped tile and missing grout in the bath, an old toilet that sporadically ran through the night and a worn drop-down ceiling were give-aways that it was a 'tired' property.
