1. The beds (adjustable sleep number beds) were comfortable, the linens were pleasant, the towels were abundant, the housekeeping was good, the hot water was plentiful and strong, and the ventilation was good.

8. Housekeeping was sent to our room for turndown service and towels, but did not bother to vacuum or clean the bathroom.

9. We immediately reported this to the manager at the front desk, who was polite enough but did not seem concerned about the situation and said she would sent up housekeeping, who NEVER EVEN CAME that night.

10. The second day of my stay I got back to room around 9:30 and the message light was blinking so I called the front desk and the manager got on and told me that the housekeeping staff told him that my room smelled like smoke and that I was going to be charged $250 for cleaning.
