1. Since everyone's photos were digital, we wanted to view them through the large TV screen.

2. A large, LCD TV was on an adjustable mount which made viewing easy from the living area or the bed.

3. This was nice as I didn't have to wait behind some clown trying to remove the pay-per-view movies from his bill just to ask a simple question.

4. The big screen TV was better than anything I have at home and it could be viewed from the bed or the couch.

5. The plasma tv's in the room were great, although views could be a little awkward in some parts of the room given the cramped set-up.

6. When I arrive at the hotel it was about 11:35 pm, the door was closed, there was nobody at the reception desk, I had to wait about 5-7 minutes before anybody came to open the door, finally after the receptionist showed up, I was happy to check in, and everything went ok for part, but when I got up to my room, the first thing that I see is that my reservation was screwed up, I asked for a king size bed and what I got was 2 full side beds, so I went back to the receptionist, I thought 'maybe there has been a mistake' so I told the receptionist my problem, I would think that because this chain of hotels are specialized in 'Suites' that the customer service level would be up there as well, the receptionist looked into the system, I showed my reservation confirmation, and the only thing that the rceptionist told me was 'well it seems we don`t have any more king size beds, so you`re going to have to stay with the room we already gave you' so I asked is there any way to change the room once you guys get a king size bed available?and the receptionist replied, 'sorry that`s what we have, and you have to stay with that'I was tired and I didn`t want to argue, plus I had a long day ahead of me and I didn`t want to get upset, so I left it like that, I have to understand as well, but from a customer point of view I wasn`t too happy, and the other thing that kinda bother me a lot was that the receptionist didn`t show interest in trying to accomodate my needs, I have to say not much hospitality in that hotel.
