1. Sure, the Hyatt Place Arboretum has many of the basics: running water, nice big TV, fresh towels, AC + heat, peasing decor.

2. Also we went swimming one night in their heated pool (very nice) and when we realized they were out of towels they came right out to bring us some.

4. This problem was eventually rectified by creating a water barrier with numerous wash towels and the mop up would only require one towel.

5. My only complaint about the hotel was the floors in the bathroom were always wet after a shower and we used a lot of towels to soak it up.
