1. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional.

2. Now the good: The staff, Lauren and Fiona at the Front desk were always cheerful and always helpful to guests, they made you feel like you were the only guest in the hotel, the staff at the restaurant were very attentive, even at 6:30 in the morning Melissa was cheerful and very attentive.
