1. Also, the room was advertised as a complimentary full breakfast; however, when we received a bill on our brekfast table, we were told that it was only complimentary if you paid a certain room rate.

3. We ordered the buffet but when we got our bill, instead of being charged $9-10 each for the buffet (I may be off on the buffet price), we were only charged 8-9 dollars for two each morning depending on what we chose, which was normally cereal, coffee, yogurt and fruit.

4. A huge dissapointment was the reception staff were in no way helpful when they took the bill off my credit card instead of my companies corporate account.
