2. It's not really that close to the University (it's about 4 miles away) and there's not to walk to in the area of the hotel, but it's near the major freeway, the room was big and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

4. Our first room was large and bright, but the freeway sat rightoutside of the window - so close I could see inside the cars driving bar - and you could hear all of the freeway noise very clearly.
