1. We requested a lower floor so as not to bother with overcrowded elevators (which we read on the internet reviews) and got a beautiful room located minutes away from the beautiful pool area.

10. The staff was great - cheerful, acommodating, the rooms were very nice - quiet, comfortable beds, good towels, great view of CA Adventure, the location was superb - a short walk through the Grand Californian to the Disney Village area or the 'secret entrance' for hotel patrons.
