1. I contacted the property directly to secure my booking and the sales manager was extremely friendly and helpful.

7. After my wife tried for several minutes to convince the general manager to give us our money back since we were only in the room a few minutes, the general manager hung up on my wife and threatened to call the police because we were wasting our time.

9. When I asked about the compensation I was told the manager was unavailable and that they had my phone number if they decided to give me any compensation but there was no guarantee we would be given any compensation so they would call if they decided too and not to contact them.

10. I had to unload everything from our room back into my vehicle and turn in the keys to our room from the first night and was told then that the manager was refusing to speak to me and they would have another room for me in 10-15 minutes and that they would let me know when I checked out what compensation they would be willing to give me, if any.
