Anyways, I contacted the hotel beforehand to ask what their parking policy was because we were driving in on a wednesday morning and were going to check out the next day, but that we needed a place to leave our car while we went to the theme park for the day (on Thursday, the day we checked out) and we would be leaving it until around 9:00pm.

4. Polly-the agent refused to give me a discount because she said that 'I was going to check out ANYWAY that day'-uh NO-because I had already made arrangements for an EXTRA NIGHT!-They said that they could move our luggage to another room-when the room was ready-which was about 4pm-NO THANKS, we do not want anyone moving our luggage for us-and they did not have a new room we could move to right that moment.

When I went down to check out-Polly still tried to argue with me regarding the fact that I was 'Going to check out today anyways'-NO I WAS NOT going to check out-because your Front DESK AGENT put me down for an EXTRA NIGHT and assured me I WOULD NOT HAVE TO MOVE ROOMS-it is NOT MY FAULT your PEOPLE SCREWED UP.

9. Leaving the window open did not help to air out the room because the wind doesn`t blow in that direction, and by the third and last day of our stay, my daughter couldn`t check out of there fast enough.
