3. They told me normally canceling a room 24 hours before a stay would have a cancellation fee, but they waived it, since I had already canceled the room (and didn't reactivate the room).

5. They also charged tax onto the already existing parking fee, and charged us an extra day of parking because we arrived at around noon that day so see if we could leave our car there and come back later to officially check in.
