8. Again upon informing the front desk we were told ' oh, okay' - no appology, offer to fix it , move us etc. We stay here to visit the waterpark - which was okay (cold, loud, but okay)- but honeslty stay at a hotel with better service and a pool and go to the waterpark at Cliffs.

9. Package service is good, had a $1000 camera kit delivered and held securly there (they just did not log it into my account so I showed them the UPS track log and signature name and they found the package), maid service was spot on every night, pretty quiet at night, but maintaince staff radios can be loud at 7am in the hallway.

10. better service at express hotels stayed 3 nights had to ask over and over for request made the night before I am glad I was able to test sleep number bed before I bought one like sleeping on a rock.
