5. They gave us another room which was clean and it was poolside and there was noise in the pool area until about 1 a.m. I have a professional seminar booked at this hotel in May and even though it's more convenient to stay in the hotel where the seminar is, I really think I book a room elsewhere if I want to have a good night's sleep.
