7. One side of the parking lot is completely torn up to construct a new water park, and that means that people going back and forth to one of the main ballrooms must travel down one of the ground floor guest corridors (the one visible straight back from the front desk) -- do NOT accept a room on this corridor if there are going to be banquet events as you will hear noise from people well into the night.
