They gave us another room which was clean and it was poolside and there was noise in the pool area until about 1 a.m. I have a professional seminar booked at this hotel in May and even though it's more convenient to stay in the hotel where the seminar is, I really think I book a room elsewhere if I want to have a good night's sleep.

8. After 20 minutes with exhausted children who just wanted to go back to sleep I called down again, Sarah answered and I reminded her I was waiting to hear and she was so kind to tell me to come on down with our belongings and that she'd get me into a more suitable room.

10. We ate breakfast in the dining room and it was pretty reasonable but the water park is great for the family.
