3. Nonsmoking room smelled of smoke, wallpaper peeling, carpet not well vacuumed, shuttle not running the day I was leaving for the airport, pool cloudy, etc. The staff is lovely, the shuttle is wonderful, the bed was very comfortable, and I asked for and got a quiet room.

4. Needless to say, we found othe accomodations the next day that was in the same price range, but much cleaner, great customer service and comfortable bed and room.

5. I walked to the bed it was comfortable, but there were old stains on the sheets also, we ended up sleeping on top of the comforter.

Aside from this, I appreciated the indoor pool (although I did not swim in it because it was crowded with children), the availability of a continental breakfast, the size and amenities of the room (private outdoor deck with view of a tree, large real wood table, iron and ironing board, comfortable bed, and quiet (I was on the second floor).
