1. The staff is friendly and on top of things, the rooms are clean, comfortable and have many higher end amenities that properties in a similar price range don't offer (large bathrooms, sleep comfort beds, spa shower heads), the internet is fast and accessible, room service is mid priced and delicious and there is a Starbucks on property.

7. Pros: Friendly staff, clean room, decent room service (actually, shockingly excellent salmon), iPod dock in room, newly renovated/decorated rooms, great room layout (no bathroom door swinging into toilet sort of thing).

10. (When I called for replacements, the room service attendant brought supposedly clean ones, holding them with his fingers against his not-so-clean uniform!) Either there are huge financial problems with this company - which I am not going to waste my time researching - and they are trying to cut back to the minimum - the carpet was stained in many places throughout, even in the closet - or else the local management needs to be changed.
