4. Oh, this hotel is on the Bedbug registry from a while back, and as far as I could tell, there were no bugs in the bed where I slept.

7. I was upgraded as a Hyatt Platinum member to a Mountain View Club King room, and the room was spacious, modern, clean, had a wonderfully comfortable bed, and a very nice sized bath.
