1. They were letting the valet service double and triple park in the garage though and when I told the hotel that the garage was full they let us use the valet service free of charge and told the attendant not to accept a gratuity from us for it.

The hotel was loud and crowded, we had kids knocking on our door and running, loud music, the hot tub was broken, there was vomit and bottles left in the stairwell for the entire of our stay (the elevators were too crowded to use), the room floor was dirty, the room service was overpriced for what you get, there was vomit left next to our car (you wonder if anyone cleans the building and if they have any security at all), and manager's only offer was to not charge us for the nights we didn't stay.

6. You would think that they would provide you with a place to park your car, but alas, there was a hefty charge for parking ($13 bucks a day!) I'm surprised they didn't charge for each trip up and down in the elevator.
