1. I had over 100 individuals attend my meeting and my events manager, Marissa Corely was one of the most professional and efficient managers I have ever worked with.

Under the excellent direction of GM Daniel Kuperschmid, Executive Assistant Manager Shane Nicolopous (who has since been promoted to the Hyatt Regency Anaheim, CA), Food and Beverage Director Michael Halloran (who just opened the excellent and contemporary restaurant: The Forque, on property), and Front Desk Manager Lori Baker along with all of their assembled teams.

6. I told the valet manager that this was not going to work due to the equipment that was in the truck that need a secure garage.

9. The restaurant's manager was soon at my table, apologizing, and the hotel waived the charge for the entire meal AND sent a bottle of wine to my room in apology.
