2. There is no front desk either at this hotel, but there is room service, maid service, and a french tapas and wine bar next door.

3. it is not too bad but some of the isnt cool things is that you have to share the restroom ,there is no cable for (tv),you dont have room service and you have to check in other hotel which is a couple of blocks away from encore express.
