1. Check in was in another hotel, 2 blocks east up Bush Street, but that wasn't the problem concidering what i was paying.

5. Luckily there was someone else trying to check in too and he found out the number of the owner of the hotel that gave us a combination to a little canister lock outside to get the key card.

It was a bit annoying that the check-in is 2 block away at the Nob Hill Hotel, and would have appreciated it if this could have been more clearly written on the email confirmation so that I could have given the taxi driver this address, and therefore would have only needed to carry my bags once, instead of there any back.

9. And that's another problem: you must check in at another hotel two blocks away (uphill and down) -- so to change my room to the quieter 'second floor' I'll need to haul my luggage down three flights of stairs, two blocks (uphill), and then back again two blocks, and up five flights of stairs.

10. When you check in and out, you have to go to a different hotel that is a block and a half away, which was a little inconvenient but nothing to complain about.
