Pros:- convenient to several MUNI (bus) lines- within walking distance (less than a mile) from Japantown- cafes, restaurants, and bars abound- lots of thrift stores in the area (if you're a thrift store shopper)- room has a sink- closet is pretty big (but I'm from NYC and anything bigger than a coffee table book is spacious to me)- refrigerator in the room- six-drawer dresser and desk- Walgreens is on the corner- Turtle Tower Vietnamese restaurant is about six blocks away.

2. I was pleasantly surprised, the room was clean, had a fridge, desk, extra sink, walk-in closet, etc. We had a private bathroom that was also very nice.
