2. There was visible mold all around the bottom towards the tub, and if I was just a bit taller, my knees would of hit the toilet paper roll while seated on the stool.

3. The tub was poorly installed with giant seams along the walls that weren't properly called, the curtain rod was hung crooked so it didn't fully close, and the floor of the tub was so slippery I almost fell the dirt time I got in.
