(even when you call and they tell you no password is needed, go down to the office and get the printed password so you can log on) The shower curtain was installed incorrectly, the bar was at such an angle, that the curtain would only stay in the middle of the rod, never fully deployed, so the floor got wet on both sides.

4. The bathroom was cleaned the best it could be but there was still mold on the wall and the curtain wasn't large enough for the shower.

5. Bathroom shower mold was everywhere and hinges on bathroom door were so rusted you had to lift the door handle to open and close.
