I go to the office the guy says to me well went you leave we make sure we close the room but we still got to charge you AHHHHH i say to the did you listen what happen but he dint care because we were living very early to yosemite park so i dint leave until some people wake up and call the management at hot wire they took care and help me very good with the situation so dont ever ever ever stay here .

2. pre-booked well in advance and was told on arrival that i hadnt confirmed the booking (which i had) just so he could then charge me more for the room (as it was Fleet week there were very few rooms anywhere).
