1. they offer free parking which is hard to find in Frisco, the hotel is old and could use a new coat of paint but the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.

5. Chestnut Street is behind it where you can find your choice of up beat bars to fine dining; problem is no parking is available so one should just leave their car at the Inn and walk it.
