1. And wouldn't let me use his phone (my phone didn't have great service) I called the 1-800 in the lobby, and when I was on the phone he came back out and said he could comp me one night, one night of the 3 I had reserved (I stayed there 2 nights) NIce guy, giving me back money for a night I hadn't stayed in.

2. Value for money was exceptional, especially if you mention the 'pay now' discount' when you can get a 20 percent discount when you book.
