1. But they charge me for parking 11 dollars i don't remember even I book online it show me that this hotel have parking lot but no show extra charge.

2. We got there are they told us I booked a double full bed which I didn't!and the only king Size room was smoking ( she said don't worry we won't charge extra .

8. I read the paperwork he gave me at the beginning of my stay and there was no mention of a 'Reservation Fee' or the other bogus charge on my card.

9. When if first appeared in my bank account it was labeled as a hold and pending, if it was truly a hold there would be no transaction change to credit it would simply stay as a pending charge until the room was found to be just the same as when we got there.
