3. I arrived early from SFO on Easter Sunday and the lobby was full of guests and the front desk Manager Jose took the time to say hello and tell me that I was a little early and that my room would not be ready for 30 minutes, he even called housekeeping to check.

4. And wouldn't let me use his phone (my phone didn't have great service) I called the 1-800 in the lobby, and when I was on the phone he came back out and said he could comp me one night, one night of the 3 I had reserved (I stayed there 2 nights) NIce guy, giving me back money for a night I hadn't stayed in.

6. The first indication of a problem was the lobby was locked and we had to do all our dealings through a night window at 6.30pm in daylight.
